Our basic maintenance program includes preventative maintenance every other year, which can help identify and fix any potential issues before they become bigger problems.
By enrolling in our roof maintenance program, you can rest easy knowing that your roof is being taken care of by professionals who are committed to protecting your investment. With regular maintenance, you can extend the life of your roof to avoid costly repairs down the road.
During the maintenance job
During a typical maintenance job, we will inspect your roof for any signs of damage or manufacturers defects, reseal all flashing and penetrations (i.e. pipe boots), and repair nail pops.
Updates and recommendations
We will also provide you with a detailed report of our findings along with photos and recommendations for any further action.
Repairs outside regular maintenance
If repairs outside of regular maintenance are necessary, we will provide you with a fair quote or work with you to help you through the process of filling an insurance claim should we find any storm damage.
Terms and Conditions for The Roofing Dudes’ Roof Maintenance Program
Basic Maintenance Program:
The basic maintenance program includes preventative maintenance every other year. During each maintenance visit, we will inspect your roof for any signs of damage or manufacturers defects, reseal all flashing and penetrations, and repair nail pops. We will provide you with a detailed report of our findings, along with photos and recommendations for any further action.
Additional Services:
We also offer additional services, such as more frequent inspections, gutter cleaning, resealing lifted shingles and roof debris removal, for an additional cost. These services can be added to the basic maintenance program or purchased separately.
Repairs:
If repairs outside of regular maintenance are necessary, we will provide you with a fair quote for the work. We will also work with you to help you through the process of filing an insurance claim should we find any storm damage.
Pricing/Payment:
The minimum cost of the basic maintenance program is $20 per month, or $240 per year, for a single family residential asphalt shingle roof with a pitch between 3/12 and 6/12 and 20 squares (2,000 sq.ft of roofing surface). Maintenance pricing for slopes less than a 3/12 or for roofs larger, steeper or higher than average roofs may vary. Additional services will be priced separately. Pricing is subject to change at the end of each period without notice unless such increase is greater than 5% annually. Payments must be automatically drafted from your bank account or credit card. Credit card charges will incur a 3.5% fee.
Cancellation:
You may cancel the maintenance program at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any payments already made. Cancellation prior to the 24 month period will void our agreement to perform such maintenance.
Liability:
We will take every reasonable precaution to protect your property during our maintenance visits. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages that occur due to factors outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions or acts of nature.
Service Area:
Our maintenance program is available to customers within our service area. Please contact us to verify if you are within our service area.
Agreement:
By enrolling in our roof maintenance program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
